• Presented by Live Nation Visitors under the age of 16 may only enter if accompanied by a parent, guardian or person with parental authority (at least 18 years old). No admission under the age of 6! Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased by using our special contact form via this Link or by contacting our hotline at +49 (0)30 – 40 818 824. This form as well as the phone line are dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating. Our competent colleagues from the call centre will help you every day from 10 am – 6 pm. Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue.
